“La Cenerentola” – Deutsche Oper am Rhein – Season 19-20

On October 2019, for the third consecutive season, tenor Leonardo Ferrando will return to the Deutsche Oper am Rhein. He will be singing the role of Don Ramiro in “La Cenerentola”, under the baton of Mtro. David Crescenz. Jean Pierre Ponelle’s version of Cinderella’s story tale, offers a show full of beauty and poetry. 

Il Barbiere di Siviglia – Arena di Verona

On August 2018 tenor Leonardo Ferrando will sing his debut at the mythical Arena di Verona Opera Festival. Mtro. Andrea Battistoni will conduct a phenomenal cast of soloists, including amongst others Nino Machaidze, Ambrogio Maestri, Leonardo Ferrrando, Mario Cassi and Roberto Tagliavini.

“Petite Messe Solennelle” – Verona

On next May, tenor Leonardo Ferrando will sing the Petite Messe Solennelle, Gioachino Rossini’s “last sin”, as stated by himself once he finished this beautiful work. Teatro Filarmonico di Verona will offer the original version of this sacred piece, composed for two pianos, harmonium, four soloists’ voices and chorus. Vito Lombardi will be the conductor.
